Biography
Mr. Boulding qualified as a solicitor just over 30 years ago and is a fully qualified member of Step (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). He was a partner at a well known firm of Bristol solicitors for many years and recently moved to Moon Beever to head up the Private Client team.
Mr. Boulding deals with trusts, capital tax planning, estate administration, and wills/LPAs. In addition he has a Court of Protection practice and has acted as a panel deputy since 2002. He has a particular interest in contentious probate and advises clients in conjunction with one of his litigation colleagues.
