Biography

Mr. Herbatchek has varied legal experience, including working for four years as legal counsel for the Vice-Prime Minister of Belgium.  He presently heads the employment law team and regularly advices clients in individual and collective matters such as social elections, collective dismissals, dismissal of protected workers, moral and sexual harassment and privacy issues related to employment.  Mr. Herbatchek has also developed a significant practice in firearms legislation.
