Biography

Ms. Geary works in the property department where she is involved in residential transactions such as purchase and sale of private freehold and leasehold properties, drafting legal charges, dealing with leases, Deeds of Variation, and Licenses to Assign. She also has experience in property work arising from the firm’s insolvency practice, including dealing with re-possessions and some commercial property work.
